PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
The Americal Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (E1527-21) defines good commercial and customary practice for conducting Phase I ESAs. Huxta Environmental conducts all its Phase I ESAs in compliance with the ASTM Standard then applies the findings and conclusions of the assessment to your specific goals.

In addition to providing a thorough and ASTM compliant Phase I ESA, we understand the implications and risk levels of different Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) because we actively work within the programs that regulate and provide solutions for environmentally challenged properties. Vertical integration from Phase I ESAs through regulatory approval on the remediation of releases of hazardous substances and petroleum products prevents assessments from being unnecessarily conservative while avoiding missing relevant environmental exposure.
